I am having trouble accessing the RISCAuthority web site. What are the software requirements for accessing this site?

In order to view the RISCAuthority website at its best, we recommend one of the following web browsers is used:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer version 8 and above
  • FireFox (latest version) 
  • Google Chrome (latest version)

How do I register for access to the member company area?

If you are an employee of a Member Company, click on the 'Register' button at the top of the homepage. Complete the short registration form and once your application has been validated, your account will be activated and you can then log in and start enjoying the benefits of your membership. 

If you are still not receiving access to the member areas within 48 hours of your registration please contact info@riscauthority.co.uk

Is there a limit to the number of users from each member company?

A Company membership subscription allows any of their employees to register to receive their own password for the site. There is no limit on the number of registered users.

Who is eligible for RISCAuthority membership?

RISCAuthority membership is restricted to Insurance Companies and Brokers.

How do I register interest in becoming a RISCAuthority member?

Go to 'Membership' and complete the form. The RISCAuthority Administrator will then contact you to discuss your interest.

How much does it cost to become a RISCAuthority member?

Membership fees are based upon the FCA Net Premium Income Returns (Fire) for commercial and domestic insurance

Am I able to join one of the working groups?

The working groups are generally only open to members but we welcome individuals and representatives from industry and trade associations.  Please complete the membership enquiry form and one of the team will get back to you
